Official parliamentary record
Order Papers, Question Booklets, minutes, Hansard, committee reports, bills, calendars, gazettes and official PAP or AU publications.
The monitor separates what is officially recorded from what is reported, keeps unresolved matters visible, and corrects the archive when stronger evidence becomes available.
Authority rule: Parliament of Namibia, official committee papers and Pan-African Parliament records remain authoritative. This website is a public-facing index and evidence mirror; it does not replace the institutional record.
Order Papers, Question Booklets, minutes, Hansard, committee reports, bills, calendars, gazettes and official PAP or AU publications.
Signed questions and motions, formal statements, speeches, official correspondence released for publication and verified institutional social-media posts.
Named, dated reporting used to identify or explain an event. Material claims are linked back to primary evidence whenever that evidence is public.
A single-source claim, email lead or public reference without the underlying document is labelled as incomplete and is not presented as a settled outcome.
No substantive ministerial answer is attached to the public mirror.
A dated parliamentary source lists the item for future business. The newest Order Paper can supersede that date.
A ministerial response is recorded. Where the source copy is still being prepared, that limitation is stated.
An official publication confirms the event or intervention. It does not imply that detailed minutes or implementation evidence are available.
A scheduled read-only review scans parliamentary, PAP, official, media and relevant email sources. It produces proposed additions and corrections for approval; it does not publish automatically.
Questions, motions, bills, committee records, calendar items and the accountability tracker are loaded from one structured file, reducing contradictory counts and stale copies.
The record schema and required fields are checked before publication, and the publishing workflow creates a dated local archive before the live deployment begins.
The site’s optional interaction counters stay in the visitor’s own browser. No third-party advertising tracker or behavioural profile is loaded by this website.
Send the page address, the item concerned, the correction requested and—where possible—the official source document. Submissions are reviewed against the evidence standard before the public record changes.
